Earlier this week, soulbird India.Arie premiered the music video for "Just Do You", a single off of her new album "Songversation" which was released on June 25, 2013. This is the second music video for a single released off of the album; the first was "Cocoa Butter". 

"Just Do You" is one of my favorite songs off of the album- it's been my feel good anthem for the last few months. Tears came to my eyes when I heard it for the first time, it was so positive and affirming - the lyrics brought warmth to my soul! I vowed that this would be my go-to song for instant inspiration. I felt validated and reinsured as I sang each word:

"I heard a voice that told me I'm essential
How all my fears are limiting my potential
Said it's time to step into the light and
Use every bit of the power I have inside"

"Yesss India!", I'd squealed. She'd done it again. Brown Girl India.Arie was giving my soul life! I know for a fact you'll love this video, song, her whole album. Press play and enjoy!
